1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ckash88 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to, registration with, and use of all services, games, wagering products, and features made available through the ckash88 website and any associated mobile web interface.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the ckash88 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understand their content;

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.Account Registration & Security

You agree to update this information promptly should any details change after registration.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

ckash88 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. Deposits and withdrawals may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. ckash88 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on ckash88 is ৳100. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time and credited to your ckash88 wallet immediately upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the receiving institution. ckash88 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which ckash88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by ckash88 within the timeframes set out in our Payment Information page. The average processing time for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets is under 15 minutes from the time of submission, provided that your KYC identity verification has been completed successfully. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and three business days depending on the recipient institution.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into your account, unless ckash88 expressly approves an alternative withdrawal method following a formal request;
• ckash88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting further identity documentation;
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances;
• ckash88 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the required timeframe;
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request will be processed.

ckash88 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds held in ckash88 accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. If you wish to close your account, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your designated payment method following a final identity verification check.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

ckash88 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each individual bonus or promotion — including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), maximum bet during a bonus period, and expiry date — are published alongside each offer on the ckash88 Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between this Section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by ckash88 unless the specific promotional terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one registered account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account closure;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated;

6.User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using ckash88, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful recreational gaming and sports wagering. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could cause harm to ckash88, to other players, or to the integrity of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ckash88:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person or a legal entity;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during KYC verification;

ckash88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these obligations, to void any bets or game rounds associated with prohibited conduct, and to withhold or reverse any withdrawals pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, ckash88 may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the ckash88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, digital downloads, data compilations, and software code — is the property of ckash88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on ckash88 is the exclusive property of ckash88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ckash88 platform for the sole purpose of personal recreational gaming in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the ckash88 platform or its content;
• Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices;

8.Limitation of Liability

• Any defects in the platform's software will be corrected promptly or at all;

• The results of any game or wagering activity will meet your expectations.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, ckash88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of ckash88 to you in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your ckash88 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable laws. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ckash88 to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other right.
